I have been a crewmember onboard a vessel that made a landing in a Bering Sea/Aleutian Island crab program fishery in the last 365 days, or I received an initial allocation of C class quota share, or I participated as a crewmember in at least one delivery of crab in a crab program fishery in three of the five crab fishing years from July 1, 2000 to June 20, 2005.

I did not initially receive CVO or CPO crab quota share when quota share was initially issued in 2005.
